Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming environment for members, employees, vendors, and visitors
Motivate sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure studio is meeting performance standards
Develop strategies to drive member engagement and retention
Manage and maintain schedules for employees
Ensure employees are properly trained on Orangetheory workouts and procedures
Respond to member concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

Proven leadership and management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for health and wellness
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
Team player
Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation: $45,000.00 per year

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
